What the forms collect
Opening updates request your email address and consent. Inquiries request your name, email, inquiry type, and message. If enabled, these records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore for project planning and responding to your request. No payment details are collected.
When a submission is saved
The form confirms submission only after Firestore accepts it. If the connection is unavailable, the site tells you that nothing was submitted. We do not add your form data to analytics or public URLs.
Optional measurement
Analytics is disabled unless a measurement ID is configured and you choose to allow it. You can change your choice using the footer controls. Demo activity is excluded. The site uses browser session storage to retain your date and guest selections while you plan.

Providing information is optional. Avoid including sensitive information in an inquiry. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email stay@hulapalms.com.
